 1 ¼ cup mashed bananas (about 3 small bananas, mashed )
 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or creamed coconut from @maya_gold_organic
 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 1 small lemon, juiced)
 1 teaspoon coconut or agave syrup from @maya_gold_organic 
 2 eggs
 1 cup soaked oat
 ½ teaspoon baking soda (not necessary)
 ½ teaspoon salt
 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (not necessary)

1) Making this banana oatmeal pancake recipe is easier than you think. Just place all ingredients into a blender. Mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes in the blender while you heat your pan.

2) Put coconut oil onto a large nonstick pan and place over medium heat. Add pancake batter 1/3 cup at a time. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and tiny bubbles appear around the edges. Flip and cook 2 minutes more.

3) Serve pancakes with fresh fruit and coconut or agave syrup.  Enjoy your healthy and yummy breakfast!
