Do I have a warranty if a product is faulty, defective or damaged?

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Some products also have a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does nothing from the legal warranty.

If a product is faulty, defective or damaged, we are happy to help you. Based on your complaint, we will check whether it falls under the warranty conditions and, if necessary, send you a replacement product.
