Crispy organic coconut waffles with mango

Tasty waffles with fresh mango. These waffles combine the very best of our organic coconut products.

1/3 cup organic coconut flour

2 tbsp organic coconut blossom sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 cup organic coconut milk (6% fat)

3 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil (melted)

1 large organic egg

For garnish

2 mangos (sliced)

whipped cream, if desired

maple flavoured organic agave syrup, if desired


1In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. In liquid measuring cup, whisk together the melted coconut oil, coconut milk and egg. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined. Let sit while you heat up your waffle iron.

2Grease your waffle iron if needed and cook waffles according to waffle iron instructions or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.

Serve with sliced mangos and cream and syrup, if desired.
